Fell-School Street Apartments

Overview

University Housing Services offers an on-campus apartment option to upper class and graduate students. Located on both Fell Avenue and School Street, these apartments provide an affordable housing option at a convenient location on campus.

Each apartment has two residents with two single bedrooms and one bathroom. Units are fully furnished and include:

  • Kitchen - full kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and kitchen table with chairs
  • Living room furniture
  • Bedrooms - twin bed (extra long), dresser, desk, and desk chair
  • Internet
  • Water and electricity
  • Wall unit air conditioners
  • Laundry

The laundry rooms in Fell Avenue and School Street apartments are located in a communal space on the lower floor and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Laundry is included in your room rate for the year, so feel free to wash and dry to your heart's content! Either HE (high efficiency) or regular detergent may be used.
